Usually, I root for the underdog. But we've been holed up by winter storm conditions for a week now, so I'm cheering on the sun. (Sorry, neighborhood snowmen.)
The sun's shining bright over Atlanta as I type, and temperatures are supposed to climb above freezing through the weekend.
I'm ready for a return to normalcy!
Hoping you have a wonderful, warm, productive weekend!

I'm cheering for the sun here too. It's just too cold.
I like your blog title's new look!
The sun is shining here, but it's way too freaking cold and you can't feel the heat anyway. Now that Christmas is over, I'm ready for spring and a hot summer!!!
I love your new template! Stunning, and very professional looking. How did you get that colorful header? It's awesome.
Hope things warm up for you. The bad storms missed us in Virginia. We're happy, but sad for all of our southern neighbors!!
Sun sounds so nice right now.. sigh..
SO ready for the sun... warmth... spring!
I hope you have a nice weekend. Bundle up if you go out!
Oooo..pretty template! :)
Bring on the sunshine...my poor icicle pansies are just plain icicles already!
So sad. It's only halfway through January and I'm ready for June!
I hope you get the sunshine! :)
I love that "Hothlanta" was taking off on Twitter. :)
It's been one of those winters.
Bring on the sun!
Yes, the sun is out here in BC for the first time in days...beautiful. We got a dump of snow this week and I for one am not sorry to see it melting away. I just hope this is the true beginning of spring. (Can you tell I don't like winter? :)
Yesterday my husband heard the stat that Florida is currently the only state without snow on it somewhere. Isn't that crazy?
I'm with you, Nicole, bring on the sun!
I'm a definite fan of the sun! Not a joyful winter person at all. I hope the weather gets better for you soon, Nicole.

Sun sounds good but KY has some form of precip in the forecast the next 4 days. Here's to melting snowmen! :)

We are back to normal here. It's about 72 and breezy. All the mud is now getting a chance to dry out.
We live in the Central Valley of California, near Fresno. Reading about you makes us shut up over here because our winters are just foggy and dreary-looking. To get snow in our area, we have to drive an hour into the mountains. My brother just relocated to Dallas, Georgia. He has been sending me photos to my iPhone for a couple of weeks now. Hang in there, Champ!

Oh, how I wish I remembered what "normalcy" felt like! :-/
I know what you mean, Nicki. I'm so ready for the snow to be gone . . . and it's expected here!
