How cute is that?? I thought most of the other commercials were lackluster. I did love the Snickers add with Roseanne Barr and the iPhone add with Ozzy and Bieber.
Which Super Bowl ad topped your list?
And in unrelated news, here are a couple items of note:
My sweet sister -- who is a talented writer and poet, and who is my number one support system out here in the "real world" -- has launched a blog. She's going through what we all go through in the beginning: nervousness, searching for her "voice," wondering if anyone will want to read what she blogs, etc. I hope you'll shoot over there and help me make her feel welcome! You'll find her at Noelle Skeldon, Author.
Lastly, there's still plenty of time to sign up for the Bernard Pivot Blogfest, scheduled for February 16. It's going to be a fun way to get to know each other better through our answers to M. Pivot's famous questionnaire -- the same one James Lipton uses at the end of Inside the Actor's Studio -- (questionnaire and blogfest instructions HERE) It'll be quick to post, fast to read everyone else's posts, and -- don't forget -- there's a giveaway involved! Prizes will be revealed at the end of the week! SIGN UP HERE :D
I'm going to make this a productive writing week. What about you? Best of luck reaching all your goals!

Yes! I loved the lil Vader commercial too. So cute.
And I stopped by Noelle's blog yesterday. :)
Have a wonderful week.
That was awesome! A friend was talking about that one at work, so I'm glad you posted it. Now let's all go show your sister some love!
I loved this commercial and most of the doritos ones too!
I was yapping too much to see any of the commercials! That was awesome.
This one and the other Volkswagon one about the Beetle were my favorites! The Dorritos one with the Grandpa coming back was a close second. Oh...and the game wasn't half-bad either. :)
Have a great week!!!!! ((HUGS))
That was my fav one too. I saw a sneak peek last week of it and couldn't wait to see it again.
That was a super cute one! Lots of Star Wars fans in the world...(including my fam).
My fave was the Ozzy/Bieber one. Though I had to watch it about ten times because the kids insisted on it!
I'm a Star Wars fan so I liked that one a lot, too! It was so cute. I also liked the Bridgestone commercial with the beaver and the Doritos one with the grandpa.
Heading on over to your sister's blog now!
I have to agree with you. That ad was so cute!
Definitely my favorite commercial of the night! SO CUTE!
I absolutely loved the little Darth Vader one. I also liked the Bridgestone commercial with the beaver. It was so sweet.
I had tears in my eyes when I saw the little Vader advert.
Heading over to your sister's blog now.
:-)
Love the Super Bowl commercials. They're the best part of the Super Bowl.
I'm in Europe, so I completely missed the Super Bowl and all the ads, but this one is fabulous! Thanks for sharing it. :)
Ohhh, thank you soooo much Nick!! ((hugs)) There are so many fantastic people you are sending my way! Can't wait to get to know them all. So many great blogs to visit! :)
That commercial is too cute! We didn't get to watch the Super Bowl at all :( Our direct tv service doesn't offer local networks, including Fox! dylan was super bummed. Thankfully, direct tv is supposed to be giving customers in my area the local networks in September.
Oh, and I just signed up for your blogfest!! Looking forward to meeting even more new blog friends & reading everyone's responses.
Luv ya & Happy Writing!

...hugs from lenny
I didn't actually see this until after the game but it may well be my favorite commercial EVER, since I was about six when the first (now fourth that always makes my head hurt) Star Wars movie came out- and I have always wanted to be a Jedi...(not Vader, but still)
Best. Commercial. Ever. Thank you SO much for posting a link I was going to have to hunt it up today to show a friend!
*hugs*

the iphone ad would have been better if Ozzy bit that little twerp's head off...
I'll be checking out your sister's blog. thanks!
That's my pick for best commercial! Not counting the amazing movie trailers...

Love that commercial! :)
Loved the video! My husband showed me the ozzie/bieber one today too, which was also funny--you can tell I didn't watch the game?

Another newbie! I don't feel so alone! Thanks for sharing!
Hi Nicole- My son LOVED that commercial...he has asked me to watch it like 10 times.
It was a great commercial. Best of luck to your sister!
I'm not really a big sports fan, but I did watch about half the game with my hubby and son. The little Darth Vader commercial was cute.
That little Darth Vader has a ton of fans, I loved the comemrcial it reminded me of my little Jedi, who runs around our house trying to move things with a force he is not happy to realize he doesn't posses.
Have a good one, I am going to check out your sister's blog...
That little Darth Vadar is so cute!
Heading over to your sister's blog... :)
That was a cute commercial! I forgot all about it until now! :)
I saw that cute ad on Facebook last week. I'll admit - I missed the Superbowl. I missed the commercials.
Your sister and I are now blogging buddies!
This one and the other Volkswagon one about the Beetle were my favorites! The Dorritos one with the Grandpa coming back was a close second.
